Q: an incoming call from a specific caller goes directly into voicemail. How can I turn this off?

Jul 29, 2016 11:04 AMby ChrisJ4203,Okay, then there can be a few things that may be causing this. Is this person's number in your Blocked list? Do you have Do Not Disturb turned on? If so, that would display a small crescent moon icon in the status bar near the battery icon? Is this the only caller that this happens to?

Jul 29, 2016 3:08 PMby ChrisJ4203,To be honest, I would be surprised if it does work, since the only function that a contact has on receiving a call is to provide you with the caller's name from your contact list when a call comes in with Caller ID.
I'll be interested to see if this does work, and if not, what other outcome you get.
