Q: shuffle will not sync

my nano shuffle will not pass sync test, but diagnostics finds the ipod

iPod shuffle (4th generation, Mid 2015), Windows 7

Thanks, but using AVG. It worked fine till I moved the computer to a new location and then ITunes did not recognize the same computer, but when I tried to authorize, it was already there. Music shows purchased, but no download available.
