Q: Songs that I have purchased have disappeared and my account shows no purchases at all.

I got the same answer,
IE: no photos to download
when I tried to get photos from my icloud account. I've got all the right boxes checked
and I'm paid up on my account but it's like nothing has been saved.
All of this makes me wonder what I've not done right.....
