Q: How to clean Macbook Pro

Hi,

Was just wondering what I can use to clean my Macbook safely? I've noticed that it marks very easily if, for example, you wet your finger slightly to clean a dirty mark, it leaves a smear on the metal casing. Is there any cleaning fluid, etc, that I can use on it?

Here are some Apple guidelines:

For the aluminum, a cloth dampened with any household cleaner will do. For the display, a cloth dampened with distilled water is the only thing I would use.

I read that how-to page but it had no advice on the keyboard for the MBP. Mine is the 2008 17" with the black printing on the keys and I don't want that to come off yet windex really does not do the job. What works yet is safe?
