As for charges to your account, it may be due to subscriptions > View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

2. iTunes accounts cannot be cancelled or deleted except by Apple and only for really good reasons.
3. If you are being charged for something figure out what it is:
You can look in iTunes on your computer in your Purchased history or your Subscriptions.
See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support
If it's a recurring subscription, you can turn off auto Renewal and wait for it to expire.
View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
You and only you can control what is being charged to you.
