Q: iBooks and saving PDF as original

Hello,

I have an annoying problem.

When I add PDF to iBooks I can not save the original document. Each time a document is a copy.

It means "You can not change the original document; it has been duplicated with your changes."

This is frustrating, because I just can't use cmd + s

I hope for quick help.

Thanks.

i assume you are on an iphone/ipad!? Two apps i have installed can help you. Editha is one. It's a shame it hasn't a paid version because the ads annoy me. It has direct url downloads. The other one i can say i use daily is ftpmanager free. It captures the links from Safari. It doesn't do direct downloads, but captures the files from the browser. And has nice features build in. I reread your post and the apps make only sense if you download them, when you connect with Itunes or the Ibooks app they are not the answer to your problem.
