Q: broken CSS and resources in guideline posts

These two URLs which are docs describing how Discussions works, both link to old/missing css & other resources.

both have the following errors:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

apple_core.js:10 Uncaught TypeError: Object.extend is not a function

answer.html:62 Mixed Content: The page at 'https://discussions.apple.com/static/apple/tutorial/answer.html' was loaded over a secure connection, but contains a form which targets an insecure endpoint 'http://www.info.apple.com/searchredir.html'. The result is that these pages are hard to read, and break the feel of the rest of this site.

If you are receiving a lot of email notifications, you may be suffering from a forum glitch caused by following this document
Find answers and ask new questions
click the link above
choose the [Following] button so that it becomes [Follow] button (the state of NOT following)
wait and see if that fixes it
If you have some other problem, you will need to be VERY specific and detailed
