The phone started openong apps, typing on own and not recognizing fingerprint . Now it wont open st all for lock screen. Is it the hardrive. Phone in otterbox and not damaged

Try a reboot press& hold power button & menu button hold both down until you see apple logo .
This can take 30 seconds .
If you still have a problem make an appointment at apple store .
