Does anyone know where I can get QT Pro for Windows that will work on Win10? Is there even such a thing? I'm really only interested in it in order to make time lapse videos, which appears to be easiest on QT Pro.

Q: Quicktime Pro for Windows 10
Quicktime for Windows has been discontinued by Apple.
There is no way to get Quicktime anymore.
Last version available for Windows was Quicktime 7.
