Apple WatchThanks Carolyn, I saw this article as well. Some deeper digging found a few more reviews, mostly positive, but nothing definitive yet.

Apple WatchHi
Keep in mind that Apple Watch will soon offer SOS as a built-in feature.
Apple recently announced that SOS will form part of watchOS 3, the upcoming operating system update that is due for release this coming autumn / fall.
By pressing and holding the side button, SOS will offer features including:
- Initiate a call to emergency services.
- Send a message alerting emergency contacts.
- Show medical ID information on the watch face.
