Q: Message has no content
Mail, account = Exchange server (in the cloud), El Capitan 10.11.6
Messages arrive empty with "this message has no content." This happens about once/week.
Also, messages I send with an attachment (docx or pdf) arrive but the message does not.
I've moved most of my messages to sub folders (per community recommendation)
I've rebuilt but can't do this every time it happens (community recommendation)
I see this has been an issue from Mountain Lion to El Capitan but still not really resolved...
IT help desk could not figure this out.
The attachment issue (above) is new. I tried putting the attachment under the signature but that's not foolproof. I really hope not to have to use Outlook.
thank you.
MacBook Pro (15-inch Late 2011), OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

Try re-indexing the mailboxes. This can take awhile if you have a lot of mail.
Reindex messages For El Capitan, try looking in V3.
Reindex messages (2) See post by Linc Davis
