Q: My Iphone 6 has been "searching" and without service for 4 days now, is there anything else I can do before buying a new phone?
My phone has been "searching" for a signal for days now and I can connect to wifi fine, but I cant receive or make phone calls. I tried going to my carrier and they replaced my sim card, but that did not work. I then went to the apple store and they said I could try restoring the phone to factory settings and if that didn't work it was probably the hardware and would need to be replaced. I restored it, but again still no service. Is there anything I can do before I have to buy a new phone? I have only had this phone for less than 2 years and of course my warranty is up.

If nothing helps in the support article > If you can't connect to a cellular network or cellular data - Apple Support
Then it's probably time for a new iPhone.
