Q: I got this iPad from an aunty out in the states and now its locked, i need her account in icloud and password but she forgot her account. What can i do to open my ipad?

Is she still logged into the account anywhere so that she can look it up ? Or does she have any of the account's downloads in her computer's iTunes library so that she can do 'get-info' on them and see the id ? If not has you tried : If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support ?

If she can find her account, to reset its password : http://iforgot.apple.com

If she still can't find it, and if she was the original purchaser of the iPad (i.e. it wasn’t bought used) then she could try going to an Apple Store (she should make a Genius Bar appointment if she does) or try contacting iTunes Support online (https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html) and see if they can remove the iPad from the account - they are likely to want to see proof of ownership before they might help e.g. original receipt with the serial number on it
