the technition made a reset to the device,
now the phone is need to be unlock because he didn't disabled the find my iPhone,
now, i have the correct password but the phone wont let me use it with my credentials

It certainly sounds like you did not use an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center for this repair.
In that case, you're on your own. You should not have done that.
See if the technician can help you. Or get a refund if you can.

Otherwise, ask the technician to fix his work.
