Jun 14, 2016 9:11 PM in response to SapphireGirlby cbrown965,I'm running Windows 10 and think I may have found a solution (at least for Windows 10 users). What I did was this:
Right clicked on my desktop and selected "Display Settings".
Selected "Display" on the Left
Under "Customize Your Display" I noticed that it gave me the option to "sign out now" I signed out then signed back in. This seemed to be the move that really fixed everything!
Once I signed back in I right clicked on my desktop and selected "Display Settings" again.
I then Selected "Display" on the Left
Under "Customize Your Display" I selected "Advanced Display Settings" and made sure I was on the "recommended resolution setting of 1280 x 1024 (I have an older monitor).
In short, it appears that what really changes things is selecting the "sign out now" option. I'm not sure why, but as soon as I did this and then signed back in I could change the resolution setting AND the scaling from, say, 100 to 150 without any problems. All of my programs, including I-tunes looked normal.
Hope this helps...

Jun 14, 2016 9:18 PM in response to cbrown965by cbrown965,Actually, I meant to type that you may need to play around with the scaling a bit after completing all the steps above. I found that 100 worked for I-tunes but made it difficult to read the font in other programs, whereas 150 worked for programs except I-tunes. Setting the scaling at 125 after completing all the steps above solved the issue in my case. Now all programs look normal, including I-tunes.

Jun 15, 2016 1:51 PM in response to cbrown965by hornacho,I tried what cbrown965 suggested and in some ways it worked, but in other ways it didn't and actually caused other problems. Yes, Itunes store looked normal... but many other problems started occurring after. I noticed a lot of issues... miniaturized desktop icons, favorites bar in Internet Explorer shrank, and many programs all had display issues at the 125% scaling. Also, for some inexplicable reason, my eyes started to become strained and hurt after looking at my monitor, which never happens.
After taking a long break from looking at the screen, I went back to see if it was just me, but no... my eyes started hurting again after about 5-10 minutes. Strangely the problem persisted after I turned the scaling back off. (100%) And all the icons stayed miniaturized.
So, I would not suggest doing what cbrown965 says even though it does "fix" the Itunes Store properly.

Jun 15, 2016 3:43 PM in response to cbrown965by psikofunkster,People need to understand this is an Apple issue not a Windows one. Apple messed with their software we need them to fix it back.

Jun 15, 2016 5:49 PM in response to psikofunksterby Integrity Kevin,As just mentioned, the latest "fix" here in this thread describes the actual defect pretty well. Decent software can handle the change to display setting in Windowz, iTunes can't. Your changing your settings is just tweaking your Windowz config to allow iTunes to work. This then renders everything else poorly. Apple obviously doesn't test much on the Windowz side and this is what get unfortunately for using Apple software.

Jul 19, 2016 9:22 PM in response to psikofunksterby rglover641,Yup I have been having this issue for many months now and ****** Apple hasn't fixed it. It is not fair to have to fix the font for my WHOLE computer just to fix this one program. This needs to be looked at ASAP.

Aug 1, 2016 2:49 AM in response to psikofunksterby bccs11,I don't know if this will help.
I removed iTunes (latest version) from my Windows 10 PC and installed version 12.1.3 from: Apple - Support - Downloads
I UN-installed according to this: Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support
After following the above UN-install I also had to manually delete the iTunes folder from the default location in the music folder (just search music on your machine if you can't find it).
I also had to delete icloud, as that stopped working after installing the older version. (re-install after installing the older version if you wish).
After all that and reinstalling the older version (12.1.3) of itunes the problem is solved (at least on my machine). In fact I prefer this version anyway, so worked out well for me.
Maybe not an ideal solution and may have already been given in this thread (apologies if it has!).
Good luck and hopefully at some point in human history Apple will resolve this, it is their problem not all this changing screen resolution etc.

Aug 1, 2016 3:50 AM in response to bccs11by bccs11,I wrote in my last post: "After following the above UN-install I also had to manually delete the iTunes folder from the default location in the music folder (just search music on your machine if you can't find it)."
Should have mentioned that I don't use this location to save my iTunes library! If you do use this location then do not delete the iTunes folder as all your downloads will be gone!
You actually only need to delete this file: iTunes Library.itl
I had an error message after installing the older version of iTunes that the file mentioned above was a "newer version" than the one installed and iTunes would not start until I deleted that file. Apart from the Media folder "iTunes Media" you should be able to delete the other files there safely, but I believe it was only the "iTunes Library.itl" that needed deletion.
Also try running the older version before deleting anything, it may work for you.
Sorry about that!
