Q: Help in activating phone... please!
how do I activate a phone and new sim using iTunes? I have checked the sim, I have turned on and off the phone, iTunes is up to date - all checks done but I can't activate. When I plug the phone into my notepad and open iTunes, nothing happens... HELP!

The current version of iTunes, which is required for devices running iOS 9, requires Windows 7 or higher. If you're running Vista, you will have to upgrade or use a different computer.
