Q: How to populate a Keynote chart with data from a table?

Is it possible to use the data available in a table I've created in Keynote to populate a chart in the same Keynote presentation? If so, how?

Thanks so much for your support.

Select the cells in the table then copy

click on the chart data button to open the data entry panel

click on the first cell then paste

    Hi Gary,

Thank you for your answer. Yes, I've tried this before and it is possible. However, the changes I make to the data on the table doesn't reflect on the chart unless I make the same changes on the chart data or once again copy and paste the table data into the chart data.

I'm somewhat disappointed that Apple hasn't included such a feature. Dynamic linking between Numbers tables and Keynote charts are unavailable. That I can understand and accept. But being unable to create a chart off a table created in the same Keynote presentation or slide is just unacceptable.

    Thanks,

    Ramith
