Q: how can i get passed the billing thing when i already paid everything off i just want to update my apps
ok i had an issue where i owed 2 dollers give or take after my hard drive crashed. then after paying **** near 300 dollars for a new hard drive and a new touch pad i was redownloading all my apps i had already purchased. anyways long story short i got this billing message which said i had to do someting with my billing which i did paid what ever remainder balance i had owed so then i was able to download all the apps that i had got from the apple store to my new hardrive paid in full all songs movies apps games everything.. well come to find out when i had to update my apps its telling me that an app i was trying to puchase was declind and that i needed to fix my billing. for one i have havent even tried to pay for anything else and for 2. im paid up so why is this happening i have an auto desk sketchbook that i pay a year membership for and i want to update it so i can use what i paid for.

Once you have entered a credit card as payment, Apple requires that you keep your payment details up to date or that you remove the credit card and select None as the payment method. If you select None, you can use iTunes gift cards.
Have you tried selecting None as your payment method in iTunes?
Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information? - Apple Support
If you can not get this resolved on your own, email iTunes Support here.
