Q: New S6 download whatsapp asks for c/c details

Hi,

I just bought myself an iphone for the first time. i had whatsapp on my samsung. i tried to download the free whatsapp on the S6 but it asks for banking details via the i-tunes store.....?

the banking details on the i-tunes are out of date and it won't allow me to update it anyways....

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.1

Well that is why. You have to use the South Africa store and have a SA address and account.

You will have to update your billing information in the iTunes store...

I did choose none on the account but then it said incorrect postal code so i can't save the updates

Your iTunes account has some requirements, for instance it has to be in the same country as your residence. If you are unable to get it working may want to call iTunes Support.

well when i originally signed up for i-tunes i was in the UK. now i am in South Africa .
