Q: Macbook Air logic board lssue
So here's my story: I bought a new Macbook Air 2013. It was big money for me, but I was hoping that atleast it would be a reliable tool for many years (basing on the Apple reliability reputation and experience owing other Apple devices) but only after 14days my Mac got dead I visited to the service provider they said they have to replace the logic board so i asked for a replacement as it was new device but the denied saying we can't replace we can only repair so I agreed because I wanted my Mac running back because I loved it but now I think that was the worst decision of my life. I regret buying a MacBook air as till date I have faced many issues with it. Here's the recent on My Mac was not turning on and even the port weren't working so I went to the service provider they said that they have to replace the logic board I said then that this would be the 3rd logic board replacement please consider for a replacement I even contacted the Apple care requesting a replacement which was denied saying you will not face any such issues again and only after 7 days of receiving the Mac again issues have shown up regarding logic board and it needs to be replaced again so I called the Apple care and said that I am facing logic board issues again atleast now consider for an replacement they denied it again giving me the same assurance which as given me last time it's my 4th logic board replacement and I just don't get it why is the Apple care and service provider playing with me. It hurts me deep down in my heart because I use many other Apple products and not any have faced any such hardware issue but while facing such issues I feet that they have turned their back on me. The only happy part owing this Mac was buying it and now even those happy moments hur
From last 3 month my MacBook air has spend more days been at the service provider than with me
If any of you guys have faced such horrible experience owing an Apple product let me know. From now on I will think twice again to invest in Apple because it may turned up to be lemon.
