Aug 2, 2016 3:39 AM in response to TRJonssonby Diana.McCall,★HelpfulHave you tried restarting the router and ATV?
If your router is a relatively older model, it may not route the necessary multicast packets between the wireless and wired subnets. Does Apple TV appear in the phone AirPlay menu when it is on ethernet?

Aug 2, 2016 3:38 AM in response to Diana.McCallby TRJonsson,Hi Diana.McCall and thanks for the help. Yes I tried restarting both the router and the ATV. My router is a Netgear CG3700EMR if that's any help. And no the Apple TV does not show up in the airplay list on my iPhone. This is odd because what does show up is my Denon stereo which is connected via ethernet as well.

AppleTV on ethernet. iPhone on Wifi. Airport Extreme main router + TRENDnet

Aug 2, 2016 7:45 PM in response to TRJonssonby fbara,Yes, this is exactly my setup. In fact, I have 2 Apple TV's, a 4th-gen (ethernet) and a 3rd-gen (wireless), and I can see both with the app.
