Q: How do I copy an old DVD to my hard drive so that I can see and copy old photos?

I have a number of discs with photos from 2003-2012.  The current version of iPhoto will not read them.  A message tells me to copy them to my hard drive in order to upgrade them.  How do I copy them?  Just hitting Edit/copy does nothing.

    How was the DVD make?  With an older version of iPhoto? What version of iPhoto are you using now or are you using the new Photos app that comes with El Capitan?

     

    Are you able to open the disk with DVD Player?

     

    Take a a screenshot of the contents of the DVD disk and post it with your reply?
