Macbook Pro, purchased in 2013. Shift and Enter keys on the right hand side stopped working with no warning. There were no spills, no liquids, nothing that could have affected or leaked into the computer whatsoever. Running OS.X Yosemite version 10.10.1. Processor: 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5. Memory: 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3. I've tried every "reset" fix I've seen, they still don't work. Someone provide me with a comprehensive and concrete answer on how to fix this, please.
