Q: iPhone 5s will not sync with iTunes
I click Sync in the bottom right hand corner of the iTunes page or click File, Devices, Sync my phone, the process appears to run fine, but when it gets to Step 5 of 5 Waiting for changes to be applied, the process just hangs. The little rotating icon above the battery percent information continues to rotate, but nothing happens. As I type this, it has been running for nearly an hour.
The phone and iTunes have up to date software/updates.
This happens quite often.
Can you help please?

What version of iTunes are you running? The latest is 12.4.3.
