Q: Problem with vibration of Iphone 5 and SE

Hello, my name is Alexandre, im from brazil and i dont speak english very well. I was a owner of an Iphone 5 bought in Italy in September 2012 and i used it until today 08/02/16 when I decided to buy an Iphone SE 64Gb because my iphone 5 was with a problem that could not be solved. I was using it and noticed the battery was swelling and suddenly the Iphone 5 stops vibrating in all operations. I took it to the maintenance and they change the vibrating motor and the flex cable, but in does not work. I was thinking it could be a problem at the MAINBOARD occurried by the swelled battery. So i decided to buy an SE 64gb, and when I restored the Iphone 5 into SE, it turns with the same problem. The store give me another one SE 64, and after the restored backup, the same problem occuried. They had upgrade the OS but the only way to solve it was making a full fabric reset and make an restoring backup only the contacts and photos through the Icloud

Somebody can help me?

There is some app could stop the iphone vibrating? without all my apps and files, the Iphone SE works fine
