Q: MacBook crashes exactly after one hour

Around end of July 2016 my MacBook (13-inch, Aluminum, Late 2008) with OS X El Capitan version 10.11.5 (15F34) and 256 GB Solid State SATA Drive started to crash every time exactly one hour after it was turned on. Firstly I assumed that it was due to bad battery health since I did not changed it since I purchased the computer. I purchased a new battery but it did not help. I ran Disk Aid using Disk Utility and it found no errors. The crash begins with the system freezing and rotating round rainbow rotating for several second. Then the system and application partially crash or in most cases, the complete system crashes and the screen goes black. After I reboot the computer, the system runs again normally for exactly 60 minutes and then it crashes again. I found article with the similar issue where the Cocktail software caused such issue but I do not remember every installing it. Please help!
