Q: Can't Export/Share - greyed out

I've wrapped a 25 minute edit on the timeline.  Now I'm having some issues on the export - all greyed out...can't share.  I've relinked the files a couple of times and now I'm re-importing all the media just to be sure.  I'll see if this works.  Beyond that - do I trash pref's or something?

How about consolidate libraries or something.  BTW re-importing complete and it hasn't helped.

Anybody slayed this on FCPX 10.2.3?

Thanks!

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5), 2.5 GHz Intel Core i7

Figured it out.  Once again I've learned that you can't make your media coming looking for you.  If you move projects and libraries around from drive to drive, you sometimes have to re-import media.  Remember those pesky missing camera warnings?  Re-linking alone was not solving the problem.  You know you have a problem when you quit FCPX then re-open your session.  The problem files will be staring at you.  RE-IMPORT the media - then WAIT for it to import!  Don't rush - do a command 9 and watch the files import.  Once the import is complete - all is well.  Export and share to your hearts content!

Thanks for the follow up post. I’m in the process of migrating a number of videos, mostly finalized, from the MBP to an external HD and also to my Mac Pro. Takes a while for each one so shouldn’t rush it at the end. Will try the CMD-9 trick and see what happens.
