Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding your MacBook Pro is showing a color wheel and you're unable to login. I know how important it is to be able to use your MacBook without issue. I am happy to help get this resolved with you.
At this point I recommend trying to start from OS X Recovery. This will allow you to use Disk Utility to repair your startup disk if needed. To start up from OS X Recovery, hold down Command (⌘)-R immediately after turning on or restarting your Mac. Release when you see the Apple logo. If you can't start up from OS X Recovery, try holding down Option-Command-R to start up from OS X Internet Recovery*.

Have a wonderful day!
