It seems that after updating your iPhone 6 to iOS 9.3.3, you're not hearing your caller very well. Since that defeats the whole purpose of any phone, I'll be more than glad to help.
If you can‘t hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn‘t clear on your iPhone -- Here are some troubleshooting steps you can use to improve the sound quality.
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- If the above steps haven't improved your sound, you'll need to figure out if this is a software or hardware problem. Since the procedure you'll be performing will completely erase your iPhone, I highly recommend having a fresh, clean backup to make sure your personal data is safe.
Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings -- Follow the steps in this article to erase your phone completely. Using the settings on your iPhone only removes your personal data. First time through, select "Set up as a new iPhone" instead of your backup. If the sound quality only drops when someone calls you, then ask for family/friend to place a call and see if you're able to hear them well. If everything is back to normal, continue on.
