Q: Unable to reset security questions
Hello, I've recently been trying to reset my security questions after forgetting them, but I simply cannot due to the Apple ID login website not allowing me to login. Basically, when I get the email with the link to reset my security questions, I can't login even with the correct password. A message saying "To reset your security questions, sign into your account and start over." The site proceeds to clear my entered password and force me to try again, but it still doesn't work. I tried resetting my password, but the new one doesn't work either. This is on Google Chrome by the way. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Have you tried accessing the site using a different browser for instance Safari?
Does your Apple ID password work in other places?
Try contacting Apple ID support for assistance.
