Q: Purchased Movie on Apple TV not On Apple TV

Hi All,

I purchased a movie on my Apple TV 4, a TV Series also. When I go to the purchased tab they are not there.

I have definitely purchased and paid, received the invoice. They are not hidden items, they appear in my iTunes when i check on iMac or Macbook Air. They ARE NOT however on either of my 2 Apple TV's.

If i search for the either of course I can play them as it says already purchased. They are not in  my purchased tabs though.

Previous searches suggest they are hidden items and I must unhide them..They are not hidden items. They are not there! Restarted everything so been down that road...Help please :-) Frustrating.
