Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding you're unable to restore your iPhone in iTunes due to a server error. I want to make sure your able to successfully restore your device.
You've tried some great steps to resolve this issue. Depending on the status of your phone you can try erasing all content and settings. This doesn't remove and reinstall the software as it does when restoring through iTunes. However, it will take your phone back to factory settings. Please follow the steps below for assistance:
