    Hi there raywolfson,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. I love iCloud for syncing information and I can understand why you'd want them available in Outlook as well. I'll be more than glad to help.

Outlook My Contacts and iCloud Contacts -- Your "My Contacts" folder in Outlook 2016 are the contacts that you've stored locally on your PC. When you sync iCloud Contacts with Outlook, it puts them in it's own separate folder in case that you didn't intend to merge them. If you'd like to, there are instructions there on how.

Get help using Outlook with iCloud for Windows -- Open this article and scroll down to the heading "Calendar, Contacts and Reminders" if you need more information on how to use iCloud with Outlook 2016.

    Have a great day!
