Q: anti spyware for ipad

I keep losing my Internet service on all 3 iMacs and iPad, have followed their advice, they've sent me emails talking about us having a spyware attached. I already lost my iPhone 5S, i know I had the same problem since Mobile sent me a lot of emails regarding the same problem. I wouldn't get access to the web, while they would be sending me emails saying my iPhone location was not recognized by them, while I was at work, place from where I had used it for about a year already.

I need help ASAP

iMac, Other OS, Maverick 10.9.3

There is no spyware on iPads, none, unless it is jailbroken.

Try resetting Safari. Close Safari completely from the app switcher window by double clicking the Home button and swiping up the Safari preview pane until it disappears from the screen. Then go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. Then do a forced restart. Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
