Q: RIP my iPhone
My iPhone 6 has had the iTunes icon and a plug with an arrow pointing at the icon for about two days now. If I hold down both the home or power button the apple logo will appear but only for ten seconds and then it will go back the the previous iTunes, arrow, plug, etc. I have repeatedly plugged it into my computer attempting to update or restore but my computer (mac) has yet to do so. I have tried this on three computers in my house all of which are up to date. A message will pop up after each filed attempt saying "an unknown error occurred (27)". I have thoroughly read over all of the articles and suggestions and followed them but it still is the same issue. And even after my mac has a notification saying it couldn't recognize my iPhone, my iPhone becomes stuck with the apple logo and an empty loading bar displaying no progress. This also occurred after my computer stated an unknown error occurred. PLEASE HELP ME.
iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.3

If you take a look at this support document, Get help with iOS update and restore errors - Apple Support error 27 is generally a hardware fault. There are some troubleshooting steps, but in the end, the best thing to do is to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store to have them diagnose the issue. They will be able to explain your options from there.
