Q: Cannot load IOS or restore phone.

Aug 4, 2016 9:19 AMby MrPerris,Thanks for your reply. Yes I know that it is in recovery mode but it does not recover. When you plug it in it give you the choice of recovering or recover and update. Either option fails and says there was an error and I am right back where I started. I cannot load IOS or restore/recover.
