Aug 4, 2016 9:19 AM in response to ckuanby MrPerris,Thanks for your reply. Yes I know that it is in recovery mode but it does not recover. When you plug it in it give you the choice of recovering or recover and update. Either option fails and says there was an error and I am right back where I started. I cannot load IOS or restore/recover.

Aug 4, 2016 9:25 AM in response to ckuanby MrPerris,Yes, I keep iTunes up to date. I will have to see what the exact error was but it was not very descriptive. I will post back once I have that iPhone in my hands and can type out the exact wording. Much appreciated all.
