Q: How do I cancel a purchase I just made within an app via iTunes?
I just purchased a nutrition plan within the Freeletics Nutrition app, however it includes a lot of words and descriptions in another language. This isn't user friendly to me and I need to cancel. When I contacted the company, they said that because I purchased it within the app via iTunes, and not via a credit card or paypal, they couldn't reverse the charge. I would have contact the people at iTunes. If it's this difficult to cancel then I will never pay for something via iTunes again. Please let me know how to cancel this charge.

Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will need to click the large ‘Report A Problem’ button under the list of previous purchases in order to reveal the ‘Report A Problem’ link for your recent purchase. If your purchase is listed as a previous purchase use the small arrow on the left side of its listing.
Alternatively you can use the receipt email to report a problem or if you don’t have access to iTunes on a computer you can use this link.
