Q: iPhone 6s in the lake

MY iPhone went swimming with me accidentally yesterday. I've had it in rice for a couple of days now. The phone works, but the display seems to have water marks, the battery runs down in just a few hours and it gets pretty when charging? Does this sound like a fixable problem or replacement time?

I Should say it gets pretty hot when charging.
