Q: When receiving or calling, there is no sound after ios 9.3.3 update

I'm having the same problem only on a 6s Plus. The extends not only the phone ringer but also to the alarm and text. It does vibrate but vibrating does not fit the bill for what I have this high dollar piece of equipment for.

This is used for business and I expect it to function properly, not be basically a paper weight.

I also upgrade my Iphone 5S with the 9.3.3 and facing the problem of NO SERVICE...

I just received an update and was really hoping it would be fixed when I installed it. IT DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM.

I saw on here that Apple ( or someone ) posted about not hearing a person on the other end of a call or a fuzzy voice.

That is not the problem. My phone will not play ring tones for phone or text. Fix it.

I have same problem on OS10.0.1 and Iphone 6s (and Apple watch).

Have tried ever tip I can find on the site , but nothing helps.

It's only a problem when I receive calls - the speaker and mic don't work when I accept the call.

But if I switch the loud speaker on / off  after accepting the call - then it works as normal again.
