Q: iOS 9.3.4 Running Great on iPad Air 2

I downloaded and installed the latest iOS update, iOS 9.3.4, August 4, 2016 11:00 AM PST.

I installed it using iTunes 12.4.3.1 that I also updated today.

So far it is running great on my 64 GB iPad Air 2, Wifi + Cellular.  The install went very smooth and had no glitches. So far battery life seems as good as it was on 9.3.3 which was very good on my iPad. If anything weird happens I will report it here.

iPad Air 2 WiFi, Cellular, iOS 9.3.3, Space Gray, 64 GB

Do you have synchronized photos? If yes, do the get scrambled?

I have several sync'd photos and they're organized by places that I visited (example: Vancouver, BC, Salt Lake City, UT, Banff, AB etc).  After installing the update, photos from Vancouver appears in Salt Lake City and Banff albums. That's what happens to me when I went from iOS 8 to 9.3.2. I just installed 9.3.3 last night and the update scrambled my photos again. They are all over the place. Re-syncing fixes the problem.

The update went well on my iPad 4. So far so good. Thanks for starting a update thread.  We'll have to wait until some iPad 2 users weigh in before we call it a complete success.

    iPad 2 User here :-)

My update did not go so well. After downloading the update over the air (less than 30MB), the iPad started the update, but then showed the "connect to iTunes" image. This could be either related to the iPad 2 update itself or the fact - according to others - that Apple "forgot" to activate signing of the new version before making it available for download.

So I waited, until the signing issue was solved and then did the update via iTunes. This worked, although I got a little nervous when the progress bar on the iPad did not move at all for about one hour!

After having finally completed the iPad 2 upgrade, I did an iPad 3 OTA without any issues.
