If the payment did go thru, it might be an issue with the app developer, but first contact Apple directly:

Aug 4, 2016 9:42 PM in response to Ryszby sw29qw,It shows my subscription as active, but not auto-renewable, because I turned that off.
I took this route in trying to find a fix because it has been more than 48 hours waiting like the email sent from Apple support said to.
