Q: weird notes lost from native app problem

Hi all! I have a weird issue which hasn't happened to me before. Some of the notes I had on my iPhone (from my outlook acc) have disappeared from the notes app but are still present in the hotmail/outlook one. Any suggestions on how I can get them back to the native app?

    It's a pleasure to see you here in the Apple Support Communities! Keeping those notes in sync across your devices is crucial. Here are a few great tips for bringing your notes back to your Notes app from your Hotmail / Outlook account: 

     

    Use Notes on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

     

    Start by confirming in Settings > Mail, Contacts & Calendars. Locate or re-add your Hotmail / Outlook account, confirm that "Notes" is turned on. If it's off, you may turn it on and that will bring them to the phone.
