Q: Whitelisting iTunes, iBooks, iCloud, App Store

I recently signed up to OpenDNS at home, and we are whitelisting to restrict access just to "essentials".

However, we still want to be able to use the App Store, iBooks and iTunes, and it is essential that I will have access to iCloud also.

Additionally, I need access to these things on iOS devices in the house too.

Googling the domains to be whitelisted only brings up piecemeal suggestions, which still leave things blocked.

Is there a complete and comprehensive list available?
