Q: Can't erase disk. (Encryption password not working)

Ok guys, so I formated my retina MacBook Pro to journaled, encrypted. When everything was set & done, it asked me for me password, wich I wrote but didn't work. So I figuered out a way to accès Recovery Mode (Cmd + Opt + R) because the regular (Cmd + R) didn't work so I ended up a old Recovery Mode (looks like 2012)

So I try to erase my disk, but it's grayed out, I can't. & my guess is that the encryption doesn't allow it.

Any help would be much appreciated!

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10)
