Q: APP Syncing

Hey there!

 

For Some wired reason I'm not able to sync apps (both paid and free) from my iPhone (6S PLUS latest version 9.3.3) to my iTunes 12.4.3.1 (on MAC EL-CAP 10.11.6)

 

iTunes is authorized with my Apple ID and I'm signed on my account as well.

 

 

Whats seem to be the problem?

 

I've tried to solve it with Apple Support but no luck
