For info you're not talking to Apple on here - we are fellow users, these are user-to-user forums.
Does ti shows on your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support - on and iOS device you can view the last 90 days purchases via http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If it does and you haven't received the item try contacting the game's developer. If they can't / won't help use the above 'report a problem' site to contact iTunes Support
