Q: I purchased a album 6 months ago now I am missing 5 tracks.

I had purchased a album from the iTunes store over 6 months ago and had all 16 tracks at the time of purchase. Now I only have 8 of 16 tracks showing when I go to the purchased music tab or my music. I would like to download the album (all the songs I paid for) to my new iPad mini4 from my librar. How do I get the missing tracks back in my library?

 

I have just downloaded the latest update. I have a cloud account and for some reason waste my money on a iTunes yearly subscription. I only have one apple account.

    If the tracks are still in the store then check to see if you've hidden them from the cloud : Hide and unhide iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store purchases - Apple Support

    There isn't a subscription for using iTunes. Do you mean that you've upgraded your iCloud storage, subscribed to iTunes Match or Apple Music ... ?

    I apologize for my vaguely written question. Allow me to clear it up and be more specific.

    I Purchased an entire album from the iTunes Store over 6 months ago. This album had 16 tracks that all downloaded to my iPhone 6 months ago. Once again I must apologize for my conflicting numbers posted above. I have 6 tracks that have simply disappeared from my library on my updated iPhone and they are missing from the cloud when I log on to my account with my iPad mini that is also updated. Yes I purchased a iTunes Match subscription and I have purchased additional iCloud storage. The missing tracks are #'s 8', 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14.  When I look under the same album in the purchased tab in the iTunes Store I am only given a choice of 8 tracks to download. Thus adding to the problem and the reason for my conflicting earlier numbers. Do you need me to go find out which 8 tracks are missing under the iTunes purchased tab to answer my first question that is; How do I get my missing tracks back?  Hopefully I did not leave anything out. Please let me know if I need to be more specific.

    Have you checked to see if you've hidden those tracks from the cloud (Hide and unhide iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store purchases - Apple Support) - that would stop them showing in Purchased for redownloading
