Q: cant update or restore Iphone 6

My Iphone cant accept the software upgrade, asked me to restore but still does not work? when I tried to restore the answer say error 3014 ??

any assistance would be appreciated

If you see Error 3194, Error 17, or 'This device isn't eligible for the requested build' in iTunes - Apple Support
