Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! This is a great place to get help with how to prevent your daughter from receiving your messages. I'll be more than happy to provide you with some information.
Based on what you are describing, you and your daughter are sharing an Apple ID within the settings for the Messages app. The only way to prevent your daughter from receiving your messages is to set her up with her own Apple ID. Once you've done that, you can sign out of the current account on her phone and then sign back in with her new credentials. The following articles will provide you with the steps you need to accomplish this. Depending on how old your daughter is, you may need and/or want to set up an account via Family Sharing instead:
Create and start using an Apple ID
Family Sharing and Apple ID for your child
Add or remove your phone number in iMessage or FaceTime on your iPad, iPod touch, or Mac
Take care!
