Apple Mail doesn't automatically, nor does it allow me to drag and drop my folders to alphabetize them.

Q: Why doesn't apple mail allow me to alphabetize my mail folders?
Hi, I can't test 10.4.11 right now but it does allow me to rearrange them in 10.5.8/PPC & 10.8.5/Intel.
Can you explain how you are tring to do it?
